Recently, I was an organizer of a small workshop at our university (you can see the web page of this workshop here). You can find below the book-of-abstracts, the workshop timetable, and the file with badges bellow; all done in LaTeX. You can download a LaTeX .sty file developed for easier conference timetable assembling (this .sty file implements among others the sexagenary arithmetic for authomated time computing; in the .zip file is an example of usage, too):
